EARTHQUAKE 7.9 (1980)- A large earthquake hits Tokyo, which was predicted by a seismologist but was ignored.

 

EARTH DIES SCREAMING (1964) - Grim science fiction as an American test pilot returns to England and finds most of the population dead. Large robots with clear-domed heads roam the streets killing with their touch, then reviving the dead as eyeless zombies. Rare print.

EARTH VS THE SPIDER (1958)

When a man doesn’t come home one night his daughter and her boyfriend go out searching and encounter a giant spider in a cave near the man’s wrecked car. Coming back with the Sheriff, the spider is seemingly killed by DDT spraying, and the body then hauled for storage in the high school gymnasium. However, a loud dose of rock music by a teenage garage band revives the arachnid and sends it rampaging through the town. 

 

EATEN ALIVE (1980)

(UNCUT) Directed by Umberto Lenzi. A woman seeking her lost sister in the jungles of New Guinea comes across a tribe of cannibals that devour her scouting party. Very gruesome scenes of cannibalistic killings. Not intended for younger viewers. aka Eaten Alive By Cannibals.

 

EATEN ALIVE (1976)

An uncut import version directed by Tobe Hooper. A lunatic running a dilapidated hotel in the Louisiana swamp feeds unsuspecting humans and animals to his pet alligator. Also stars Carolyn Jones (Addams Family) and Marilyn Burns (Texas Chainsaw Massacre)

 

EBIRAH HORROR OF THE DEEP (1966/69)

Original theatrical release of Godzilla vs The Sea Monster. A sea cruise goes bad when a crash landing on a tropical island subjects the crew to an army that wants to take over the world. While the crew tries to get out alive, Godzilla takes on a giant crab that inhabits the waters and can only be kept away by the juice of a berry that grows on the island.

 

EDGE OF THE AXE (1988)

Very rare slasher film. Woman employees of a local psychiatric hospital begin to fall victim to a gruesome axe-wielding murderer. Rare and recommended.

 

EKO EKO AZARAK (Wizard Of Darkness) (1995)

Widescreen, in Japanese Language w/English subtitles. Misa Kuroi is an adorable high-school girl who arrives at her new school when it is falling under an evil supernatural force. One by one, thirteen girls are picked up and disposed of in horrific and graphic fashion. Each girl is offered as a sacrifice by a mysterious robed person, to create an entryway for a demon to come to earth. Beheading, crucifixion, artery letting are some of the gore ways of disposing of the girls. 

 

EKO EKO AZARAK II: Birth Of The Wizard (1996)

(UNCUT) Prequel to Eko Eko Azarak: Wizard Of Darkness. A melancholy high school girl named Kuroi Misa who has a secret stalker/guardian named Saiga. Trouble starts when the tomb of a witch is uncovered, who is resurrected and takes over others’ bodies in an attempt to get Misa, whose spiritual energy can make her invincible.

 

EKO EKO AZARAK III (Misa The Dark Angel) (1998)

(UNCUT) Japanese language w/English subtitles. This excellent film is visually similar to the works of Sam Saimi and Peter Jackson. It is creepy, in addition to being involving and genuinely scary. It has a certain visual style with just the right camera angles, horrifying sound effects, along with amounts of blood and gore. This film continues the story of the Eko Eko Azarak series.

 

EKO EKO AZARAK IV

Widescreen, in Japanese language w/English subtitles. The fourth installment in this popular series from Japan. In this film, Misa Kuroi, the Japanese high school girl with Satanic powers, mysteriously appears in various high schools.

 

EL ASENO DEL PARKING (The Assassin of Parking) (2006)

Spanish Language. Graphic horror based on real events, this intense police thriller reports the case of the murders of two women in the same car park with a difference week, which upset the city of Barcelona one year ago.

 

EL ASESINO ESTA ENTRE LA TIESA (1973)

Spanish language featuring Paul Naschy. A woman attractive and elegant meeting at the luxurious villa of his property to thirteen persons, in order to find out a secret criminal one. However, soon to meet together to dine, they begin to notice frequent killings, both among the guests as domestic staff ..

 

EL BOSQUE DEL LOBO (1970)

Spanish Language. Based on a novel by Carlos Martinez Barbeto, and steeped heavily in Galician folktales, this impressive film from Spain tells of an epileptic peddler who lures 11 women into the woods and murders them. The locals come to regard him as a werewolf.

 

EL DIABOLICO (1976)

Mexican horror in Spanish language. Satanic gunfighter dies and passes his evil powers onto an innocent saloon worker.

Mexican horror in Spanish language only. Blue Demon and Alma Grande Jr. meet a sadistic cult of eye-worshipers led by a blind alien. Hard-to-find horror title.

Spanish Language. The story of the beast hidden in the most secret part of the soul and spirit of every human being. Inside of one man an indescribable mix exists. One, the man, is kind and loving; the other, the beast, is evil and hateful. It is the struggle of one man to overcome this horrifying situation which ends in tragedy for himself and his loved ones.

 

EL INQUISITOR (1975)

From Argentina in Spanish Language. When the police start finding the bodies of dead females - tortured and burnt - they realize there's an 'inquisition' cult involved leveling it's own perverse punishment against loose women; grim and rough sado fare from South America.

Mexican Horror in Spanish language only. Horror set in the modern west as a Zorro-like character faces the wraith of an indestructible ghost.

 

EL LIBRO DE PIEDRA (The Book Of Stone) (1969)

Mexican horror in Spanish Language. At the request of well-off Eugene Ruvalcaba, the governess Julia Septién is contracted to become position of the education of the small Silvia, daughter of Eugene and his late wife. The girl behaves of a strange way and affirms to play with Hugo, the stone statue of a boy reading a book that adorns the gardens of the mansion. What at the outset it seems a simple game of the infantile imagination is transforming until becoming a macabre obsession.  

 

EL MONSTROU DE LOS VOLCANES (The Monster Of The Volcano) (1963)

Spanish Language. A yeti-like monster is stalking the mountains of rural Mexico, sometimes displaying the powers of hypnosis. It ultimately plays a part in destroying two shady characters.

 

EL MONSTROU RESUCITADO (aka Dr. Crimen) (1953)

Mexican horror in Spanish Language. The Tragic Limits and Secrets of Dr. Crimen! The first major medical sci/fi movie in Mexico, loosely based on the Frankenstein story but injecting gory surgical motifs into it...

 

EL OGRO (1971)

Mexican film in Spanish Language Only. Kids on a jungle adventure encounter ruthless treasure hunters and “El Ogro” at a cursed Aztec temple. Mexican kidde film.

 

EL PLANETA DE LAS MUJERES INVASORAS (Planet Of The Women Invaders) (1965)

Spanish Language. A flying saucer (a pretty good model) lands near an amusement park. Two attractive alien women leave the ship and enter a "space ride" which--coincidentally--looks exactly like their saucer. Dispatching the two operators of the ride with their ray guns, they substitute their ship for the fake one. The next night, a number of people board the ship, thinking it is part of the carnival.

 

 EL PODER NEGRO (BLACK POWER) (1973)

Mexican in Spanish Language featuring Mil Mascaras. Mil attempts to convince a massive African American dockworker to become a wrestler with him, while also trying to keep him safe from murderous thugs.

 

EL PUEBLO FANTASMA (GHOST TOWN) (1963)

Mexican Horror in Spanish Language. A black-clad vampire/gunfighter attains his quick draw by killing and vampirizing his victims.

 

EL TEATRO DEL HORROR (1991)

Mexican horror in Spanish Language. This film came in the early 90's when the 80's slasher mania in all the world even spread to Mexico. There's a beheading, there's a walking body without a head chasing people with a sword (!), and cheesy f/x in a creepy environment.

 

EL TERRIBLE GIGANTE DE LAS NIEVES (The Terrible Snow Giant) (1962)

Mexican Horror in Spanish language. A giant snow monster wreaks havoc on a mountain village.

 

EL TERROR DEL ESQUELETO

Spanish Language. It's All Saints Day and a group of kids play a joke on their friend, nicknamed 'The Skeleton'. The joke backfires as this particular day coincides with the rebirth of Marquis De Gortari's soul who possesses the body of The Skeleton. It is up to a cunning nun, Sor Juana and her reverend uncle, to save The Skeleton before his soul is overtaken by Marquis De Gortari for good.

 

EL TRONO INFERNAL (Throne Of Hell) (1992)

Mexican horror in Spanish language only. A mystical warrior battles a demon-possessed archaeologist who transforms into a werewolf-like creature during the climax.

 

EL VAMPIRO (aka The Vampire) (1957)

Original uncut Mexican print of “The Vampire” starring Abel Salazar, with English subtitles. 

 

EL VIOLADER INFERNAL (Violator From Hell) (1988)

Mexican horror in Spanish language only. After a mass murdered is executed one of the Devil’s minions revives him so he can go on killing! Strong stomachs required!!!

 

ELECTRONIC MONSTER (1960)

Jeff Keenan, insurance investigator, checks out the car-crash death of film star Clark Denver in the south of France. He learns that Denver, and two other victims of recent suspicious deaths, all knew the lovely Verna Berteaux...and all had been patients at a private psychiatric clinic. But the deaths are only a byproduct of a sinister plot; and Zakon, owner of the clinic, is due to marry Jeff's old flame Ruth.

EMANUELLE IN AMERICA (1977)

(UNCUT) Directed by Joe D’Amato. An American journalist travels throughout the world in search of a good story by joining a modern-day harem and traveling to Venice to see what really goes on at diplomatic parties. While trying to expose a corrupt government official, Emanuelle stumbles upon a group that uses kidnapped girls to make and sell snuff films. WIDESCREEN PRINT.

 

EMANUELLE IN BANGKOK  (1976)

Directed by Joe D’Amato. Journalist Emanuelle travels to the Orient to interview a close relative of a King, but comes too close to uncovering official secrets for the state's liking. Her hotel room is ransacked and her passport stolen, leaving her stranded and at the mercy of a brutal gang of rapists, employed by the government. Her only hope of escape is her powers of seduction.

Stars Laura Gemser. After years of abuse at the hands of her husband, Emanuelle is pushed to the breaking point. She hires a hit-man to do in her husband, but just when she thinks her troubles are at an end, the assassin blackmails Emmanuelle.

 

EMANUELLE'S REVENGE (aka Blood Vengeance) (1976)

Starring George Eastman and Rose Marie Lindt as Emanuelle.  Emmanuelle is out to avenge her sister, who committed suicide after escaping from her sadistic lover Carlo (Eastman). So she chains him up in her basement, drugs him, and forces him to watch her having sex. Carlo starts hallucinating all kinds of bloody horrors and cannibalistic doings, so he decides he has to break free and kill Emmanuelle. Directed by Joe D’Amato.

 

EMPIRE OF DRACULA (El Imperio de Dracula) (1967)

Mexican horror, Spanish language. A group of beautiful female vampires lure men to their estate so they can feed on their blood. A young man is sent by his dying mother to Castle Draculstein (!) to avenge his father who was wildly killed by the bloody Count.

 

ENTRAILS OF A VIRGIN (1986)

(UNCUT) Members of a film crew making a soft core porn are dismembered by a demon in a warehouse. A very weird exploitation flick. Very highly recommended. In Japanese language only. IN WIDESCREEN FORMAT. Warning contains some sexually explicit scenes.

 

EROTIC NIGHTS OF PINOCCHIO (1971)

It's Not His Nose That Grows! Adult version of this fairy tale classic. Stars Dyanne Thorne as the Fairy Godmother. (1971)

EVIL BLACK MAGIC (198?)

Asian film, widescreen, English subtitles-. Hong Kong’s version of “The Evil Dead” with zombies, nails thru heads, and other various gruesome goings-on.

 

EVIL BRAIN FROM OUTER SPACE (1956/59)

Another great entry to the “Starman" series from Japan. In this film, Starman battles deformed Marpetians ruled by the brain of Balazar, an evil scientist. Lots of camp fun.

 

EVIL CLUTCH (aka Horror Queen) (1988)

Inspired by the "EVIL DEAD" films. A young couple vacationing in the Alps find themselves in a haunted forest and encounter a fanged female demon and zombies among other gory horrors. (1988)  

 

EVIL COME EVIL GO (1972)

This film, a weird cross-breed of horror and soft-core porn and gore, is one of the more original low budget flicks from the 70s. Apparently intended for the grind house crowd, this movie mixes sex with religious fanaticism and gore. Sister Sarah Jane drifts cross-country, preaching against the evils of pleasurable sex and men. And how does this fine lady do the Lord's work? By hooking up with men, having sex with them, then stabbing them to death!

 

EVIL DEAD TRAP (1988)

(UNCUT) Nami, a talk show hostess, tells her audience to send in home videos to profile on her late night program. She receives an anonymous videotape, containing terrifying imagery. She watches in horror as an unseen filmmaker follows a route to an abandoned factory- and brutally tortures and kills a woman on camera. Great nightmarish from Japan, dubbed in English, with plenty of action. WARNING: This films is at times very graphic

 

EVIL DEAD TRAP 3 (Mutilation For A Tender Love) (1993)

A female cop investigates a maniac who specializes in slaughtering lesbians. She finds herself entangled in a complex web involving brutal axe murders and headless, limbless bodies. Widescreen format in Japanese language w/English subtitles.

 

EVIL EYE (1962)

Italian language w/English subtitles. Directed by Mario Bava. A tourist in Rome is witness to a bloody street murder done by a disguised fiend. She cannot convince the police when no body is left at the scene. Then she becomes stalked by the killer. Stars John Saxon.

EXPULSION OF THE DEVIL (1973)

French language w/English subtitles. Sophie is a pubescent adolescent girl, and when her family moves into a new house, poltergeist effects begin to appear: paint cans tip over, tin soldiers disappear. Upset after being forced to allow her fearful brother to sleep in her room, she barges into her parents' room, only to find them making love. After this, supernatural mayhem breaks loose in a big way all over the house.

 

EXTERMINATORS OF THE YEAR 3000 (1983)

The year 3000, after a nuclear war turned the earth into a desert. A group of survivors in a cave runs out of water and desperately needs new supply. The last guy they sent out didn't return. His 10 years old son Timmy wants to join the next team. They know where they'll find a well, but the problem it the way there, which is controlled by a savage gang of motorcyclists under the bloodthirsty Crazy Bull. A lonesome stranger who Timmy meets on the way may help.

 

EYE IN THE LABYRINTH (1972)

Julie (Rosemary Dexter) wakes up from a nightmare of seeing her boyfriend Lucas being stabbed in an empty building with rather strange architecture that's in line with the quote. She calls for Lucas but he is nowhere to be seen. Could it be that there is some truth in the dream?

David Niven stars as a winemaker who is summoned back to his ancestral home under mysterious circumstances. He tells his frumpy wife (Deborah Kerr) to stay put, but she tags along anyway with their snotty kids in tow and is privy to a series of weird shenanigans and going-ons involving a sinister Satanist cult.

 

EYES BEHIND THE WALL (1977)

Italian Language w/English subtitles. Wheelchair bound pervert (Fernando Rey) and his equally kinky wife (Olga Bisera) get their kicks by renting out their specially designed guest house and spying on the tenants’ sex lives through a series of microphones, telescopes, and hidden cameras. Little do they know their latest border (John Phillip Law) is a sex-crazed serial killer! Very hard to find Gallo.

 

EYES OF A STRANGER (1981)

A reporter suspects a creepy neighbor, who lives in the high-rise building across from hers, is a serial killer terrorizing the Miami area. Stars Lauren Tewes (The Love Boat).

 

EYES WITHOUT A FACE (1959)

(UNCUT) Widescreen, French Language w/English subtitles. A brilliant surgeon, Professor Genessier, helped by his assistant Louise, kidnaps nice young girls. He removes their faces and tries to graft them onto the head on his beloved daughter Christiane, who has been entirely spoiled in a car crash.
