When he is caught and loses his license, he meets up with the sketchy Frank Wooster who offers him a job singing in his new nightclub. When Phil discovers that his new job also includes drug running, he must fight to save his friends and himself. (1958)

 

DAGOLIS VS BOLIOAS- Rare Japanese giant monster film, in Japanese Language. Very rare and recommended.

 

DAGORA, THE SPACE MONSTER- The Earth is attacked by a giant jellyfish monster from outer space that, for some reason, has a sweet tooth for diamonds. Widescreen, English dubbed. (1963)

DAMONENBRUT- UPGRADED PRINT. Extreme gore in German Language. After a bank robbery a couple of gangsters hide out on an island to escape the heat. Unfortunately they picked the wrong island as there are demonic forces at work! Effectively mixes plenty of blood, zombies, flesh and sex in this film that stands out as one of the best German underground films. (2000) 

 

DANCE OF THE DEMONS- Foreign, completely un-cut version of Lamberto Bava's "Demons". A number of people are given free passes to a new movie theater showing a movie about demons. One person gets infected then spreads the demon virus to many people. This version features different supplements then the American release and is known as the only TRUE uncut version. (1985) 

 

DANGEROUS OBSESSION- SEE "THE DEVIL'S HONEY"

DANGEROUS SEDUCTRESS- The Evil Queen returns to possess an American girl who she orders to go out and claim victims to sate her blood lust. (1992) 

 

DARK ECHOES- (UNCUT)   In 1874, the Atlas (an excursion boat) sunk into the icy waters of Lake Tarr. Captain Manfred Gohr and his 80 passengers sunk to the bottom of the lake and all traces of them vanished. 100 years later in the remote, medieval mountain village of Hochberg, the locals are convinced that the ghost of Captain Gohr is haunting the waters. The zombified sea captain has returned from his watery grave to reek his bloody vengeance. A very interesting film with excellent atmosphere and scenery. (1986)

 

DARK FORCES (aka Harlequin) - We first meet the mysterious Rasputin-like Gregory Wolfe . He first appears as a birthday party clown at the home of Senator Rast. In a matter of days, Wolfe cures Rast’s son of leukemia and beds the Senator’s wife, unhappily married Sandra. Cigar-chomping Doc Wheelan is maneuvering Rast into the position of Deputy Governor for his own nefarious ends. Eventually, we learn that Doc and his cronies have good reason to fear Wolfe’s party tricks, flamboyant get-up and sinister interest in the Rast family. (1980)

 

DARK NIGHT OF THE SCARECROW-A retarded man is unjustly accused of killing a young girl. Disguised as a scarecrow, he hides in a cornfield, only to be hunted down and shot. Later, members of the search posse are killed by a mysterious scarecrow. (1981)

 

DARK SECRET OF HARVEST HOME- A young couple moves to a quiet New England village, only to soon find themselves mixed up in devil worship, Satanism and human sacrifice. (1978)

 

DARK WATER- (UNCUT) Indeed, the feel of the whole film is every bit as suspenseful, gripping, creepy, goosebump-inducing and stomach-sinking as The Ring, if not more so. The taut lines of tension throughout the film will have you glued to the screen from the first to the last moment, hooked by the incredibly edgy ambience. And if you thought the famous ‘last scene’ of The Ring was awesomely chilling, there’s an equal delight near the end of Dark Water, and one which had every hair standing up on the back of your neck… In Japanese language with English subtitles. DARKER SIDE OF TERROR- When a scientist at a research lab is passed over for a promotion; he creates a clone of himself to attempt to seduce the wife of the man who got the job. A demented little TV movie from the late '70s. (1979)

 

DARNA RETURNS: THE FILIPINO WONDER WOMAN- Filipino Language. More adventures involving Darna, the Filipino Wonder Woman. Very recommended. 

 

DAUGHTER OF HORROR (aka Dementia)- As the narrator invites us to explore the horrors of an insane mind, a young woman wakes from a nightmare in a cheap hotel room. We follow her through the skid-row night and encounters with an abusive husband; a wino; a pimp and the rich man he panders for; a flashback to her traumatic childhood; violence; pursuit through dark streets; dementia. Filmed in film-noir style throughout; only the narrator speaks. (1955)

 

DAWN OF THE DEAD; 22nd Year Reunion- Highlights from the 22nd year reunion of cast and crewmembers from Romero’s original “Dawn Of The Dead”. Clips from the movie and many stories on the making of the film fill this excellent collector’s item.

 

DAWN OF THE DEAD; MALL AND AIRPORT- Extremely rare footage. Take a tour with actors and workers from the first “Dawn of the Dead” film. See the airport, where the zombie gets the top of his head clipped off, and a tour of the shopping mall used in the film. You will learn loads of information on the making of this film. Highly recommended.

DAY AFTER HALLOWEEN (aka Snapshot)- Angela is a young hairdresser thrown out of home by her puritanical mother after too many nights out. She quickly falls in with the modeling crowd and does some modeling work herself, while it seems she is being stalked by a mysterious figure driving an ice-cream van. (1979)

DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS- A shower of meteorites produces a glow that blinds anyone that looks at it. As it was such a beautiful sight, most people were watching, and as a consequence, 99% of the population go blind. This chaos results in the escape of some Triffids: experimental plants that are capable of moving themselves around and attacking people. (1962)

DAY THE SKY EXPLODED- Italian-French science fiction in which a missile from Earth hit’s the sun, sending meteors on a collision course with our planet. Scientists decide to fire atomic bombs in an attempt to stop the oncoming disaster. (1958)

 

DAY THE WORLD ENDED- After a nuclear war, an unlikely group of people, including a rancher, a geologist, a crook and his girlfriend, find themselves trapped in the middle of nowhere while battling an ugly mutant created by Paul Blaisdell. Directed by Roger Corman. (1956)

 

DEAD AND BURIED- Very hard-to-find gruesome film about a mortician who revives the dead without their hearts in a small New England town. James Farentino plays the perplexed sheriff that discovers the truth. The film has a great surprise ending. A great lost treasure not to be missed. (1981)

 

DEAD ARE ALIVE (aka Secret Of the Yellow Grave)- With the discovery of an Etruskergrabes a consequence of brutal murders at liebespaaren begins. A of photographer on archaeological expedition digging UP Etruscan of ruin in Italy begins tons suspect that on emergency all the Etruscans buried there acres actually DEAD. (1972) 

 

THE DEAD COME HOME- Eight friends go to fix up an old house that Mark has purchased. Upon arriving they find the grave of Annabelle (the former owner) in the back yard. She had killed her husband back in the 40's. Bob (one of Mark's friends) smashes the headstone and awakens Annabelle, this begins the carnage. But the dead don't stay dead and the living can't escape as the house locks down to keep them in. (1991)

 

DEAD EYES OF LONDON - Starring Klaus Kinski. One of the best of the German-filled Edgar Wallace mysteries. Joachim Fuchsberger is the Scotland Yard inspector investigating the deaths of heavily-insured old men. Andy Berber is the monstrous bald and blind killer. (1961)

 

DEAD FRIGHT- From a screenplay by Lucio Fulci. A woman becomes obsessed with a man she can't have, and carries the torch for more than 15 years. Forget “Fatal Attraction”, this is the real thing. (1985)

 

DEAD IS DEAD- A cocaine addict is given a blue drug that can either restore life or turn the user into a killer zombie. (1992)

DEADLY CAMP- Uncut, Japanese w/English subtitles. Friday the 13th... Hong Kong style! A Psychotic family kills people that trespass on there lonely island. A family that slays together, stays together. Brutal and bloody. (1999)

 

DEADLY FIELD TRIP (aka Trip With The Teacher) - A pretty young teacher and four of her pretty students take a minibus to some Navajo ruins, little suspecting another kind of ruin awaits. A trio of bikers begin to flirt with the gals, and when their bus breaks down, they helpfully tow the vehicle to a deserted shack. The chief biker kills folks, and rips off the teacher's clothes before raping her. The poor schoolgirls are also in for their share of abuse. (1975)

 

DEADLY INHERITANCE- This Italian thriller, set in some French village, starts quickly with a man being overridden by a train; his three sisters all have some reason to want his death; the plot develops very unexpectedly, with a new turn about every five minutes; although many killings take place, the whole atmosphere is quite joyous due to the good rock-big band score by Torossi; just nice entertainment. (1968)

DEATH SHIP- Survivors of a tragic shipping collision are rescued by a mysterious black ship which appears out of the fog. Little do they realize that the ship is actually a Nazi torture ship which has sailed the seas for years, luring unsuspecting sailors aboard and killing them off one by one. (1980)

 

DEATH SHOCK- Three young romantically paired working class couples (two male/female, one female/female) are out for an afternoon of al fresco frolics in the country when their Ford Granada breaks down. Stranded, they are picked up by a comedy vicar in a vintage car and seek refuge in an isolated house where their upper class host secretly spikes the evening meal with aphrodisiacs. Of course, the delirious guests subsequently spend the night copulating furiously in a variety of combinations. But events take a sinister turn when one of the girls learns that their host and his friends are dabblers in the Black Arts. (1981)

 

DEATH SMILES AT THE MURDERER- (UNCUT) Italian shocker in which Klaus Kinski discovers the secret to an ancient Incan formula for resurrecting the dead, setting into motion a flurry of supernatural revenge killings. Directed by Joe D'Amato. (1974)

 

DEATH SPA (aka Witch Bitch) - Michael's health club is besieged with a series of terrible murders involving killer saunas and other grisly devices. Michael's wife killed herself a while before and her brother holds Michael responsible. (1988)

 

DEATH STEPS IN THE DARK - Excellent giallo from director Maurizio Pradeaux. An Italian reporter is traveling on the Instanbul-Athens train. A woman is murdered with the reporter's letter-opener, so that makes him the main suspect. With the help of his Swedish girlfriend he starts investigating in order to prove his innocence, and find out who the real killer is. Dubbed in English, with Dutch subtitles.  (1977)

 

DEATH WALKS AT MIDNIGHT- Great Italian Giallo. Valentina, a beautiful fashion model, takes an experimental drug as part of a scientific experiment. While influenced by the drug, Valentina has a vision of a young woman being brutally murdered with a viciously spiked glove. It turns out that a woman was killed in exactly the same way not long ago and soon Valentina finds herself stalked by the same killer. (1972)   

 

DEATH WALKS IN HIGH HEELS- A famed jewel thief named Rochard is slashed to death on a train. His daughter Nicole, a famous nightclub performer in Paris, is questioned by the police about some missing diamonds but she claims to know nothing about this. Nicole is then terrorized by a masked man with piercing blue eyes who demands to know where her father has hidden the stolen diamonds. (1971)

 

DEATH WEEKEND (aka House By The Lake)- The action takes place at a remote hideaway in Ontario. A playboy dentist and his fashion model girlfriend run into a gang of punks. The dentist is murdered, the model is brutally raped but manages to survive which sets the stage for revenge. (1976)

 

DEATH HEAD VIRGIN- A treasure hunter finds a sunken Spanish galleon off the coast of a Philippine island. What he doesn't know is that the ship is guarded by the spirit of an ancient Moro princess. (1974)   

 

DEATHLESS DEVIL (Wazzuanngu mmenepp thucuu, Doctor Satan?) – Turkish Language. Guy wears a mask to defend his Turkish peoples from the nefarious plots of Dr. Satan.

 

DEEP BLOOD- Directed by Joe D’Amato. Several young men have to stop an ancient native American evil in the form of a killer shark which is attacking a small beach community. (1989)

 

DEEP IN THE WOODS- French Language w/English subtitles. A troupe of actors is hired to perform for a young boy's birthday at a remote mansion. The party goes well, except for some unusual behavior by the youngster and his grandfather, but then things take a turn for the worse when the police come by to warn everyone that a murderer is roaming loose in the area. The actors decide the safest thing to do is to stay in the mansion, but soon the bodies start piling up. (2000)

 

DEEP RED (The Hatchet Murders)- Directed by Dario Argento, David Hemmings stars as a witness to the brutal and sadistic killings of a clairvoyant and sets out to investigate it with the help of a journalist, played by Daria Nicolodi. There are gruesome killings, a psycho killer, and occult and supernatural events. Very blood curdling. (1976) 

 

DEMENTED- A woman is gang-raped in a horse stall. She escapes and returns home to find that her husband has been having an affair. She finally flips, corners one-by-one the gang that raped her, and extracts her revenge with cleavers, a shot-gun and other devices (sometimes wearing a clown mask). Much better then the infamous I Spit On Your Grave. (1980)

 

DEMON BARBER OF FLEET STREET- A Fleet Street barber recounts the story of Sweeney Todd, a notorious barber who in the last century murdered many customers for their money. Truly a rare classic. (1936)

 

DEMON IS ON THE ISLAND – French Language w/English subtitles. Doctor Gabrielle Martin arrives on an island off Normandy. It is not long before strange instances start occurring: a man cuts himself with an electric knife which was not connected, a small girl is wounded by a teddy bear, and the arm of a woman is carbonized in a furnace… (1983)

 

DEMON MASTER- SEE "CRAZE"

DEMON OF THE LAKE (aka Creature From Black Lake)- Two men exploring the Louisiana swamps run into a Bigfoot-type creature. The climatic scene is the creepiest. (1976)

 

DEMONS 3: THE OGRE- Lamberto Bava directs this horror tale about a sexually mixed up author of horror novels begins to be haunted after moving into a mansion. Out of her disturbed mind emerges the titular entity of evil. This film is not related to Demons or Demons 2. (1988)

 

DEMONS 6: ARMAGEDDON- (UNCUT) A horror writer/producer discover a story of a past century witch and decides to make her subject of their next film. What follows is a gory, bloody killing spree by the witch who does not want her story told. English language with Japanese subtitles. (1990) 

 

DEMON HUNTER (aka The Legend Of Blood Mountain)- A small-town newspaperman begins to suspect that a wave of murders committed in the area may not be the work of a serial killer but a monster. Candidate for the worst movie no one has ever heard of. (1965)

 

DEMON WITCH CHILD- SEE "THE POSSESSED"

DEMONS OF THE MIND (aka Blood Evil)- This shocker deals with satanic possession resulting from incestuous sex and is “intense”. A count keeps his children prisoner in his castle, which is located in a forest said to be possessed by demons. (1972)

 

DEMON'S BABY-Japanese w/English Subtitles. Plot involves evil spells, demonic possession and cannibalism. A priest and members of the household staff race against time to fight this evil. (1998)

 

DEMONIAC- Directed by Jesse Franco. After a religious nut witnesses a satanic rite staged by a scandal magazine publisher, he employs medieval torture to get even. Originally made as "The Ripper Of Notre Dame". (1979)

 

DEPORTED WOMEN OF THE SS SPECIAL SECTION- About the daily ins and outs of life in a Nazi women's prison. The women get to the camp and are given the usual medical tests to make sure they're healthy enough for torture. There is a long shaving sequence in which pubic hair goes under the razor. The commander of the camp becomes infatuated with one of the prisoners. He wants her to love him. He goes through various romantic wooing ideas, (humiliation, solitary confinement), until she decides to leave a present in her vagina for him in the climax. (1976)

 

DER TODESKING-(UNCUT) Second film from director Jorg Buttgereit (Nekromantik), has no central characters, but instead thematic continuity in the act of suicide, in a series of set pieces of complete strangers own individual acts. (1989)
