According to an ancient Indian tale a giant monster embryo residing in a crystal vase is predetermined to fertilize a blue-eyed woman. She will give birth to something evil to unleash exploit and destruction upon human kind. Ugly septuplet brothers reproduced within the framework of mysterious genetic experiments terrorize a young innocent girl who seems to be chosen for the sinister predestination.

The Johnsons are seven brothers born together as part of the ritual. The brothers were born using the frozen eggs of a woman who needed them to get pregnant years earlier. The hospital, without her knowledge, kept her eggs frozen and the doctor responsible, who is involved in the sect, uses her eggs to impregnate a woman to produce the brothers.

The woman and her daughter, who is now 14, are now targeted by the brothers. They must kidnap the girl and perform an incestuous act in order for the monster embryo to take over mankind.

The Johnsons is not as ridiculous as the plot line sounds. The seven brothers are all bald, mildly deformed, and evil. They are non-stop in their attack on the woman and her daughter. As in the film "Halloween", they are in an asylum just waiting for the girl to reach the right age. And magically, all the lock in the prison all mysteriously open at the same time, and the brothers go on to slaughter every one at the facility before going after the daughter. There is a great looking night time scene when the brothers are all standing on top of the asylum roof against a light. It actually is a creepy scene.
